Spiritual Coaching Sessions
Spiritual Coaching sessions are a wonderful opportunity for an in-depth and open-ended exploration of whatever is arising. They can uncover blocks or resistance to the recognition of your true nature and encourage relaxing more deeply into the spacious presence that you are
The sessions are a rewarding and effective way to experience satisfying inner spiritual growth. Working with a spiritual coach can also provide ongoing support for the process of spiritual inquiry and integrating the truths that are discovered into your daily life
The number and frequency of sessions required depends entirely on the individual, but there is no obligation to commit to more than one session at a time
As with other complementary therapies, Spiritual Coaching is not intended as a substitute for orthodox medical treatment but is complementary to it. If you have a medical problem, you should continue to consult your doctor
In-Person Coaching
Sally offers a mobile coaching service around the Leeds area of West Yorkshire, which usually takes place in your own home. You should arrange not to be disturbed for the duration of the session and ideally be in a comfortable, conducive and relaxing environment
Costs for In-Person coaching are based on time - please contact Sally either by or through the Contact page for more details or to arrange an appointment. You can either pay by cash or cheque when the coaching takes place or, if you prefer, by credit card through our Online Payment facility
Immediately following the session it is suggested that you allow yourself a period of quiet relaxation, integrating the work you have done to get the full benefit from your session
UK Telephone Coaching
If you prefer, or you live in other areas of the UK, you could benefit from Sally's Telephone Coaching sessions. The session length is to suit you and can range from 15 minutes to an hour, although ideally the first session will be for at least 30 minutes. At the end of the call the need for further sessions will be discussed, but please note that there is no obligation whatever to have follow-up sessions. Current charges for this service are:
- 15 minute Telephone Session: £10.00
- 30 minute Telephone Session: £20.00
- 45 minute Telephone Session: £30.00
- 60 minute Telephone Session: £40.00
Telephone Coaching sessions are booked and pre-paid individually by selecting the required service on our Online Payment facility. On receiving your request we will either phone or email to agree a suitable appointment time. If you would prefer not to pay online please contact Sally through the Contact page to make alternative arrangements
Clients will be called at the agreed time on the number you provide when booking - for maximum benefit, please make sure you will not be disturbed and can be in a comfortable, conducive and relaxing environment for the full duration of the call
International Coaching
If you live outside the UK but still wish to benefit from one-to-one coaching then you need Sally's International Coaching service. This takes place either by email or phone and once your request has been received we will email you the options available and details of the costs and method of payment
Sessions are pre-paid by entering the amount quoted (in GBP only) in the International Coaching box on our Online Payment facility. Depending on your location you may be required to open a PayPal account in order to make the payment - we regret that at the present time alternative international payment arrangements are not available

- Conditions: Please provide details of any existing medical conditions of which Sally should be aware
- Comments: Please note your availability for telephone sessions (if appropriate and in GMT please), the nature of the support you require and any other details that may be relevant
International Coaching Enquiry
