peaceNOWhere Workshops

Blue Sky

Do you find some places, situations or people can drain your energy?

Does your mind go channel hopping between past and future, what-ifs and maybes?

Have you noticed how rarely you feel at peace with the here and now?

Do you wish your mind had an 'off' switch - especially late at night?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then Sally's 'peaceNOWhere' range of one-day Inner Peace Workshops are for you!

In each you will:

Most workshops are suitable for all - whether experienced at or totally new to meditation - all that's needed is a desire for more peace in your life! Some workshops are a little more advanced and designed for those who have attended previous workshops and retreats, or people with more experience of meditation. Please contact Sally to discuss which is best for you

Booking

See if you can catch yourself complaining in either speech or thought, about a situation you find yourself in, what other people do or say, your surroundings, your life situation, even the weather. To complain is always non-acceptance of what is. It invariably carries an unconscious negative charge. When you complain, you make yourself a victim. Leave the situation or accept it
